Our attitude

About The Shift is Unhinged

Saving lives. Losing patience. The Shift is Unhinged™ is a merch concept for healthcare professionals whose compassion is intact—even when their filter isn't.

Serious work. Unserious merch.

We pair irreverent healthcare humor with bold, colorful, nostalgic energy. Think inside jokes for the people who understand twelve-hour shifts, exhausted handoffs, and the work bestie who keeps you laughing.

Every role belongs here

Nurses, NPs, physicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, and the rest of the healthcare crew: this is for the humans behind the scrubs. Your job title isn't the punchline. The shared chaos is.

Our promise

Big color, unapologetic personality, and humor you don't have to explain. Browse the shop for current products and prices, and check our FAQ, shipping policy, and return policy before ordering.
